Bin Label Maker: Free Printable Shelf & Bin Labels with Barcodes
Type a range like aisle A–C, shelf 1–4, bin 1–6, and print every location label at once, each with a scannable Code 128 barcode.
Printing tips
- In the print dialog, set margins to None or Minimum and scale to 100%, then do a test print on plain paper and hold it up against your label sheet.
- For a thermal printer, choose the "Thermal roll" layout and set the paper size in the print dialog to your label size (4 × 2 in is common).
- Test-scan one label before printing a whole sheet. Most USB and Bluetooth scanners read Code 128 out of the box.
- Barcodes support letters, numbers, spaces and common punctuation (- . /). Accented letters and emoji can't be encoded.
